ell-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo announced Apple’s plans to release the second version of the iPhone SE smartphone in the first quarter of 2020. The device will become the most affordable iPhone, while receiving the flagship processor.

According to Kuo, the iPhone 8 will be taken as the basis: the same 4.7-inch display with a 16: 9 aspect ratio and Touch ID in the home button. Inside the Apple A13 Bionic processor and 3 GB of RAM.

Most likely, with the launch of iPhone SE 2, iPhone 8 will be removed from sale. The expected cost in the region of 350-400 dollars. According to the analyst, by the end of the year Apple will sell 30-40 million new models.

According to Kuo, iPhone 6 owners will become the main target market for SE 2. An additional motivation for such users will be the Apple Arcade game subscription service. It works on devices with iOS 13, but the iPhone 6 has not received an update.
