If you have ever used an Apple device, you must be aware that the company keeps all its data including, photos, videos, reminders, notes and more on iCloud. Going by the history of Apple apps and Android, the only app developed by Apple for Android is Apple Music.
That being said, on paper, it is practically impossible to get an iCloud app for Android smartphones. But, there’s a workaround that allows Android smartphone users to take advantage of several iCloud services. Wondering how? Follow our step-by-step guide.
To access iCloud on Android, open any browser and type icloud.com in the address bar
Now, log in using Apple account login credentials
Once logged in, you can choose from the options you want to use.
Do note, not all the features on iCloud work on Android such as automatic sync, reminders, notes etc. The best part here is the Find My iPhone feature works flawlessly.
Also, if you are using a browser that supports web apps such as Google Chrome, then you can even make the iCloud.com as an app on your Android smartphone. To do this, open the icloud.com and then tap on three-dots from the top-right corner and choose ‘Add to Home screen’.
