According to unofficial information, Huawei managed to sell more than 12 million smartphones of the flagship Mate 30 line worldwide.
The lack of pre-installed Google services did not hinder the high level of sales due to the sanctions of the US government . In November, company CEO Richard Yu announced about 7 million shipped Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro and a global increase in sales of the series at 75% year on year.
According to experts’ forecasts, in the near future, Huawei will be able to sell about 20 million units, as representatives of the Mate 30 series become cheaper in many markets over time and become participants in promotions and sales.
At the moment, the devices are officially available for purchase not only in China, but also in most EU countries. In November of this year, the Mate 30 Pro arrived in Russia in a limited edition and was sold out in a few hours. The first 300 customers received a discount of 30,000 rubles. The following waves of pre-orders will start in 2020.
Huawei Mate Pro 30 won 6.53-inch Full HD + curved screen, a triple main camera and support 5G. The smartphone runs on the Kirin 990 chipset and has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of ROM. As the OS, Android 10 is installed under EMUI 10 without Google services. Its younger version is distinguished by a display with a smaller diagonal, a simpler main camera and a less capacious battery.
